I can say with experience that attempts to ignore or disallow any member of the community from expressing an opinion here rarely proves effective. Finding a way to respect those unlike yourself is challenging, but… yIn napmoHlaH mIwvam.

Most grudges here come down to attempts to determine who has the authority over others, when the list is primarily a meritocracy. Contributions to the improvement of understanding of the language and the development of its capabilities buys more influence than insults, and attempts to put people in their place is a lot like trying to push a rope. They just don’t go where you want them to go.
