Where did the /Huh?/ and /What?/ glosses of *toH* come from? Where did 
these glosses for *va* come from, and why are they bracketed?

So far as I know, *toH* is /well!, so!/ expressing approximately the 
same as English /Aha!,/ while *va* is just a shortened form of 
*Qu'vatlh, *which is said in moments of extreme anger, but which we 
don't have a translation for.
