[tlhIngan Hol] new word pun?

​Hi, long time no see...

{lunglIH} Tornadoes are called "tatsumaki" in Japanese, in which tatsu means Chinese dragon. Yes, it's "long" in Chinese.(In Chinese, tornado is longjuanfeng, means dragon-rolling wind, which also contains "long") But maki means roll, spin, I don't know why lIH is being used here.
