All of those examples are still body parts. Okrand made it quite clear:
Body parts are body parts, and only if their meaning has changed to
something else, a different usage, that is not considered a body part
any more, than the suffix changes.
The given example of the {veDDIrmey} clearly explains that they are not
considered as a body part, they are seen like a material. If in doubt,
just see it as an exception; Body parts remain body parts.
