The word order is wrong, but the *-Daq* is correct:

*wa'logh pa' bujDaq maySon chavlu'ta'*/superconductivity achieved once 
in an average-temperature room/

The *-Daq* applies to the achievement taking place in a room of average 
temperature, not "at room temperature."
