I'd probably interpret *moch Qel* as a possessive phrase: "the superior's
(or superiors') doctor".

*mayqel*: If you're trying to express the notion of "superior", there's the
verb *nIv* "be superior". *Qelpu' nIv* "superior doctors", *maqleghpu'
nIv *"superior
priests"
