why not just say the next word was chosen randomly?

<mu’tlheghvetlh ghItlhtaHvIS mu’ veb wIvmeH ‘al mu’vetlh.> (Or maybe <mu’ ‘al wIvpu’>?)

“While writing that sentence, for the purpose of choosing the next word, the word was random.” (Or “a random word was chosen”).
