It has never been used countably. I would go with *De' lo'laH wISuqpu'.*

Kruge says *De' yIlI',* not *De' tIlI'.*

*De' lI' Sovlu'DI',* not *De' lI' luSovlu'DI'.*

Vixis says *De' wIHevtaH,* not *De' DIHevtaH.*
