[tlhIngan Hol] New Words: 'ovwI'

While sorting the new words, I noticed another "hidden" word. You might
say it's not a word, but Okrand might have said it differently, like
QujwI' or reHwI', but he chose this:

{'ovwI'} - player in a card game

Literally, this is "competitor".

The sentence was:
jopDI' 'ovwI' veb, 'echletHom tlhap
When the next player takes his/her turn, he/she takes a card.
