[tlhIngan Hol] is De' "data, information" countable ?

That's an error that non-native English speakers do very often. In
German as well, there is a difference between "one information" and
"multiple informations". That does not exist in English.

 From all we know, I'd guess that {De'} is a mass noun as in English,
just like "knowledge".
