Strictly speaking, *ghu'* doesn't mean "proposal". The line from paq'batlh
is:
*ghu' Dachupbogh vIlaj*
*I will accept your proposal*
(PB p. 144-145, line 19)
Literally, "I accept the situation that you suggest."
