I wouldn't assume that. You might have to say *javlogh boqHa''egh wej; 
chen jav lochbogh wej.* Which is about as informative as "three divided 
by six is three-sixths." Anyway, a more sensible speaker would reduce 
the fraction: *javlogh boqHa''egh wej; chen cha' lochbogh wa'.*
