Maybe peb'otmey can grow much larger than we ever imagined, and the first Klingon submarine was a hollowed-out yoq-sized peb'ot which was substantially transformed after extended submersion in the bIQ'a' na', simultaneously inventing both the submarine *and* the pickle.
