Probably not. At least, any English style guide will tell you that the
separate components should always have "equal syntactic importance"
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conjunction_(grammar)#Coordinating_conjunctions).
So far, I believe every canonical example of conjunctions in Klingon
have followed that.
