As an example, consider {tlhIngan wo' Qang DevwI' je}. Sure, you *could*
read this as "a Klingon, an empire, a Chancellor, and a leader", but I bet
no one has any trouble parsing this as "Chancellor and Leader of the
Klingon Empire".
