[tlhIngan Hol] Is DIn the opposite of qa'rI' ?

I wouldn't consider them opposites. They talk about two different things
with some conceptual overlap. A tunnel could have a *DIn* at each *qa'rI'*,
for instance. And that tunnel could have a *DIn* in the middle (like a
T-intersection) and not at a *qa'rI'*.
