I’m taking a class in the language and culture of American Sign Language. There’s an emphasis on the relationship between language and culture. Since others have answered the language part, I’ll append with a culture part.
jIH? I’d just growl at you through bared teeth.
If I said any word, it would be {ghobe’}, or maybe I’d use sign language and reveal a concealed weapon, suggesting that perhaps I’d share THAT with you, instead. If I were feeling talkative, I might say, {yInID neH. SuvchoHghach QaQ vItIv.}
I wouldn’t use {Qo’} because it doesn’t really seem to be the reply to a question. It’s a clipped-Klingon refusal to follow a command, or perhaps could be a functional equivalent to “Don’t!”, depending on context.
If you had said, {yuchlIj HIbon!}, I’d answer, {Qo’!} and reflexively prepare to harm you.
