And this is how Okrand uses the term:

(KGT 63): These words, {DeS} and {ghIt}, when referring to humanoid anatomy, mean “arm” and “open, flat hand” (as opposed to a fist), respectively

(KGT 132): Another set of similes link humanoid species of various kinds to certain qualities: {matlhHa'; romuluSngan rur} (disloyal as a Romulan), {qur; verengan rur} (greedy as a Ferengi), {wIH; Hur'Iqngan rur} (ruthless as a Hur'q), {Hoj; tera'ngan rur} (cautious as a Terran), {Hem; tlhIngan rur} (proud as a Klingon), {nong; vulqangan rur} (passionate as a Vulcan)…

(KGT: [{Hur’Iq}] originally referred only to the people known as the Hur'q, a race of humanoids from the Gamma Quadrant who developed a reputation as ruthless invaders who would attack other societies primarily for the purpose of robbery, stealing whatever they could and destroying the rest.

yoq yIn yuQ 'oH Qo'noS'e'. yInSIp voQSIp je ngaS muDDaj.
  Qo'noS is a class-M planet with an oxygen/nitrogen atmosphere. (S27)

N.B. {yoq yIn yuQ} “humanoid life planet” = class-M planet (i.e. “Minshara class” in ENTERPRISE)

For stuff like this, I tend to go with how Star Trek uses the term:

"As generally understood by the United Federation of Planets, a humanoid was an intelligent, bilaterally symmetrical, bipedal lifeform. Such a lifeform would be characterized by an upright posture, two arms, two legs, hands, feet, one thorax, a neck, and a head containing the brain. They were generally mammalian and originated on class M planets. It was common for them to have two to four sexes. Among the many humanoid species known throughout the Milky Way Galaxy were Andorians, Bajorans, Betazoids, Bolians, Cardassians, Hirogen, Humans, Klingons, Romulans, and Vulcans."

Any creature which resembles physically a human ?
i.e. head, torso, arms, and legs, made of flesh ?
