Klingon word: Hoqra'
Part of speech: noun
Definition: tricorder
_______________________________________________

AFAIK Okrand hasn't used it in a sentence, although it was used - non-canonically I hasten to add! - in DISCOVERY:

  yInbogh Dep jemlaHbe' Hoqra'
It's not registering as a lifeform (DSC "Si Vis Pacem Para Bellum")

TREK TRIVIA:
The name tricorder refers to "a triple sensor-recorder-analyzer function" (ghunchu'wI').
Klingon tricorders were seen and used by Kruge's landing party in ST3.
In ENTERPRISE "hand scanners" were used like tricorders. Starfleet and Vulcans each had their own model. (ENT "The Crossing", et al.)

PUN:
The GTE Expedition Trike is a well-known brand of adult racing tricycle made by Greenspeed USA: {Hoq} "expedition".
