I brought up the inappropriate use of {tlhoy} because the original text using it clearly didn’t match the English translation originally ascribed to it, and ever since then, responses have posited increasingly unlikely situations in which it could conceivably be possible for it to be acceptable. 

So, what part of “too much” don’t you guys not understand?
