Klingon Word of the Day for Sunday, April 14, 2019

Klingon word: muq
Part of speech: verb
Definition: have a volume of
_______________________________________________

AFAIK never used.

See the other measurement verbs for usage: {juch} have a width of; {Saw'} have a depth of; {'ab / 'aD} have a length of; {ngI'} have a weight of. Note too the verb {vItlh} "be high, great (in quantity, size, intensity)":

(qepHom 2017 p.17): It's used for things that are measurable or quantifiable but not necessarily countable. So you'd use it for things like speed or distance or the price of something: {Do vItlh} high velocity, {chuq vItlh} great range, great distance.

ngaS contain (v)
tlho'ren unit of volume ["in the quart/liter range"] (n)
