mayqel may also have been thinking of "once before" which does (usually) imply something happening just one time previous.  And people complain about imprecision and ambiguity in Klingon! <g>

Yes, you're right !  I had been so focused on the "once" of the "once more", that I was trying desperately to find a way to express it.

Anyways, now that the coffee kicked-in (I love this verb), I realized that the {pa'logh, qIb luche'pu' sithpu', 'ej tuch, luche'qa'} offers nothing more compared to the {qIb luche'qa' sithpu'}, so everything is right as rain (as americans say).
