[tlhIngan Hol] Relevance of language ability to third person singular pronouns

In the meanwhile, I have found out who this someone is: Bing.

"Star Trek" is always translated by Bing as "Hov trek". When you set the 
language to Klingon pIqaD, the letter K is replaced by the Klingon 
letter for tlh.

I've also checked the other titles, and they all are results of the Bing 
tanslator.
