Yes.

I checked back with Marc, and he says that it means the entire system. 
That is, both the vagina and the vulva.

If one wanted to make a difference between the specific body parts, as 
in English, there certainly are lots more different words that we do not 
know yet (such as Urethra, Labium, Vestibule, Perineum, Clitoris and so 
one - I'm not a medical).
