Out of curiosity..

Two young klingons walk on Qo'noS, while all of a sudden a new bird of prey
decloaks above them.

So, one of them impressed, takes out his phone, and says:

{va! 'IHqu'! toQDujvam chu' vI*instagram*nISbej!}

Would the other understand ? I wonder..
