We really don't know at this point. Maybe we will one day. But I doubt 
it's the same as what we use on earth. It will probably be based on 
something within Klingon culture, such as 0 degrees based on frozen 
bloodwine and 100 degrees based on the surface of a batleth after a 
battle... we just don't know. ... yet.
