[tlhIngan Hol] "rookie" vs "veteran"

I think DIgh may have been the word I was wanting, but it didn't come up in my search.
I've been really slow at learning new words.

 {ta'ta'wI'} (one who has
 deliberately accomplished) for an old pro, and
 that covers about the
 same territory as
 rookie/veteran.
