[tlhIngan Hol] first confirmations for qepHom 2018

Attention warriors!

it has begun: right before the beginning of the summer break we have 
drawn the lots for the first 25 attendees who whish to attend the qepHom 
2018. Just check your mails to find out if you are one of the lucky 
students. (Due to space limits and high registration numbers, we had to 
decide for this system.)

To give the other interested Klingonists the chance to get one of the 
limited seats at the qepHom, the next attendees lottery will be done at 
the beginning of August. We wish you good luck.
