I just noticed a possible pun in the word {DIvI'}.
(or at least a way to remember)

We know that in the first phase of the creation of Klingon words, some 
phrases were back fit to the lips movement of already filmed scenes in 
English.

Well, {DIvI'} perfectly matches "The fe"-deration.

Coincidence?
