It does.  It comes from the {QeD patmey noch patmey je} “Science and Remote Sensing Systems” section of the Bird of Prey Poster:

< Although I can't understand how {jabbI'ID pup} produces just a "high resolution".

Okrand seems to be contrasting perfect {pup} vs. imperfect {pupHa’} signal resolution/strength.  There are other ways Okrand has translated – or in the case of S19, not translated - {jabbI’ID}:

  jabbI'ID pItlh
  Transmission completed. (ST3)

  janmey ngo' lulo'lu'DI' pIj jabbI'ID nISpu' woj
  Older models were susceptible to radiation. (S19, i.e. communicators)
