[tlhIngan Hol] Klingon Word of the Day: SaQatvelo'

I would be unsurprised to discover that there was an instance of
metathesis somewhere in the Klingon word's history: if the <r> got moved
back one slot, you'd have "sakratvelo", which would be much more likely
to give us a {Q} as the second consonant. 

Whether that metathesis happened in-universe, in the source MO used to
find the native name of Georgia, or not at all will probably forever
remain an open question.
