Klingon word: waS
Part of speech: verb
Definition: wrong, awry
Source: qepHom 2016
_______________________________________________

(Lieven, 11/07/2016 < qepHom 2016): Note the difference between three words conventionally translated as wrong. {muj} is "be incorrect, factually wrong", {waS} is "be amiss, awry" (something has gone wrong, this didn't turn out according to plan), and {QIH} is "mistreat" ["wrong, treat unjustly" in KGT].

See the slang word {bachHa'} "err, make a mistake" (KGT).

SEE ALSO:
Qagh err, be mistaken, make a mistake (v)
lughbe' be right, be correct (v)
