The Georgian name of the country is, according to Wikipedia,
საქართველო, translit.: sakartvelo, IPA: [sɑkʰɑrtʰvɛlɔ] .

So {Saqatvelo'} might be closer with {q} rather than {Q}. But I
suppose that's not what the Klingons heard who spoke to those
Georgians.
