None that I know of. You could try listening to the sounds it makes in the movie to see if they resemble the ones the Qogh makes in Power Klingon; if I recall correctly, the Qogh sounds like a pretty standard dog.

In the soft canon, Kruge's pet is commonly portrayed as originating in Romulan space.

Is there any evidence or possibility that {Qogh} refers to Commander
Kruge's pet animal?

The word originated from TKD ans was used in Power Klingon like a pet
animal {qu'bej QoghlIj} - but is there any more information?
