[tlhIngan Hol] Klingon Word of the Day: qan

Some of the titles of the chapters in paq'batlh were translated/changed by
other people besides Okrand. If I remember correctly, he told me that they
weren't in the original text he translated, but were decided on afterwards.
The ones with obvious errors in them ({qamchIyDaq 'uQ'a'}, {SaqSubDaq chegh})
are examples of this.
