Does the KLI get a cut? Does it ship to Europe (Switzerland and France)?

(Otherwise, I'm going to get it from an Orion "merchant" who can obtain it
for me in Europe. Ridiculous that Terran intraplanetary mail is so stupid
that I can get something faster/easier from another planet, but there you
go.)
