It was described that way on page 4 of the booklet of the qep'a', which included some other words with the title "Movements".

If you like to be /very/ correct, there were no dots, but parentheses:

{ghIS} - wiggle, squirm (v) (a word you might use when describing a bowl full of {qagh})
