The metaphor of the Internet as a physical location or series of physical
locations is pretty well-established by now. Even if that bit isn't written
by Okrand, I'm still inclined to let it slide, on the basis that even
Klingons know how metaphors work.

canonical transliteration, I think SuStel might have just assumed the
audience was more familiar with Star Trek movies.
