That’s why we’ve seen various work-arounds for using two qualities with one noun. E.g.

SuD 'ach wov
[(it) is] SuD but light (is also heard)] KGT
SuD Dargh 'ej wov
The tea is SuD and light. KGT
SuDbogh Dargh 'ej wovbogh
The tea that is SuD and light. KGT
(which are all ways to refer to “light SuD”, i.e. with a yellowish tinge)

yoHbogh matlhbogh je SuvwI' Say'moHchu' may' 'Iw
The blood of battle washes clean the warrior brave and true. (Anthem)

romuluSngan Sambogh 'ej HoHbogh nejwI'
Romulan hunter-killer probe (KCD)
Suto’vo’qor botlhDaq pe'vIl joqchu'taH quvbogh 'ej valbogh tIqDu' tIQ

So far as we know, we can only use one verb acting adjectivally on a noun at a time.
