Klingon word: mI'rab
Part of speech: noun
Definition: spiral
Source: qep'a' 24 [2017]
_______________________________________________

AFAIK never used in a sentence.

SEE ALSO:
yamtaw line (n)
Hut'In vIl screw (n)
Hut'In nail (n)

ver be spiral; be dizzy (v)
vIl be ridgy (forehead) (v)

(qurgh < MO, qep'a' 2017): [{ver}] is the same word as "be spiral". This refers to having a dizzy sensation -- being lightheaded, feeling like you're spinning around. It cannot be used in the sense of silly. ... You can also say {ver SuS'a'} "a tornado happens" (literally: "the big wind spirals"). {ver SuS} (or {ver SuSHom}) would most likely refer to a whirlwind.

(Qov < Okrand, 8/12/2012): The word for screw is {Hut'In vIl}, which is, of course, a ridgy {Hut'In}.
