There's a candy, popular in the US*, called "Pez". It takes the form of
small, sugary tablets that are sold in a little plastic tube with a
mechanism at the top allowing you to eject a single tablet, which is
referred to as a "Pez Dispenser". I wouldn't be surprised to hear that
they never made it to Germany.

*Popular when I was in the single-digit ages 15-20 years ago, at least.
I haven't seen one in years, and I don't know if that's just because I
grew up and stopped caring about them, or whether they went out of
fashion.
