[tlhIngan Hol] topic marker on the subject of {-meH}

Can we place the topic marker {-'e'}, on the subject of a verb, which has a
{-meH} attached to it ? Can we say:

{sweat swell je DelmeH mu''e', Hutlh tlhIngan Hol}
as for words in order to describe "sweat and swell", the klingon language
lacks them

Is the above grammatically correct ?
