[tlhIngan Hol] Saying I'm not there

Initially, I thought of saying {pa' jIHtaHbe'}, but I got the impression
that it would mean "I'm not there continuously" i.e. "I'm there, but not
continuously".

But since this isn't the case, I'm happy.
