[tlhIngan Hol] Cataloging idioms

FYI the Klingon wiki has a list of idioms:
https://www.kli.org/wiki/idiom
but it's not complete. For exemple, it doesn't include {wa'maH wej} or {wa' wa' wa'} (which were new to me).
