[tlhIngan Hol] What other languages make the {Sop}-{'ep}-{tlhutlh} distinction?

Not a direct answer, but a side note: In German, you can both "eat" and 
"drink" a soup. It depends on how you do it: using a spoon it's eat, but 
if you drink it, you move the cup to your mouth.
