[tlhIngan Hol] Klingon "font" cryptogram

'oH vIleghlaH 'e' vIHar, 'ach DaH vIHechlaHbe'.

It should be decodable as is (I can see a pattern of letters that's probably "the", and a few others that could be one of a small number of other English words), but I don't have the time to stare at it right now. I'll have some free time in about 34 hours and will take a look at it then.
