One Klingon version for "live long and prosper" {yItaH 'ej yIcheptaH} is 
usually referenced as "UPN ST 25th Anniversary Special".

I know what UPN and ST stand for, but what exactly is that? Is it the 
TV-show which is found on youtube here?

If yes, where did Okrand say that? (honestly, I have no time to watch 
the 90 minutes, and besides I've seen the show already long time ago.)
