"sic" is Latin and means "like that, thus, so"; it is used in English
to mark a mistake in a quote, to show that the mistake was in the
original which is being quoted verbatim, and that the error is not due
to a miscopying or misquoting.
So here it means that Marc said {SeHHa'ghach} but that this seems to
be a mistake and should be emended to {SaHHa'ghach}, given the
translation "disinterest" attached to it.
