Because */Nibia/ maSmey HayDaq* means /at the area beyond the moons of 
Nibia/ in exactly the same way that /*Nibia */*maSmey retlhDaq* means 
/at the area next to the moons of Nibia./ "Nibia's moons' area beyond."
