[tlhIngan Hol] question words in noun-noun constructions

I was wondering, whether we can use question words ('Iv and nuq) in
noun-noun contructions.

For example {qaq nuq wornagh Sar ?} for "which ale variety is preferable ?".

Would this be correct/acceptable ?
